About Elvis
I’m a Valuation & Financial Modeling Senior at Deloitte, with over four years of hands-on experience advising blue-chip companies on valuations for financial reporting, M&A, and strategic decisions. I specialize in Excel-based financial models, DCFs, and market approaches, and hold both the CVA and FMVA certifications.
I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into clear, practical steps so students and beginners can truly understand and apply valuation skills with confidence.

What I offer:
° Guidance for valuation and financial modeling projects in school (poly or university).
° Coaching and tuition for those preparing for entry-level finance roles which require valuation & modeling skills.
° Lessons for those who are new in their investing journey and hope to learn how to identify undervalued/overvalued stocks.
How the sessions work:
°Bring your questions to me - I'll answer and explain step by step.
°New to valuations? I can offer a 1 - 2 hour entry-level course covering key valuation methods. (Discounted cash flow, market approach, and cost approach).
°Need help with a school project or case study? I can help to walk you through and clarify any doubts!
