About Rishabh
I am a faculty for B-school in Hyderabad. Where I teach financial modeling and equity research report writing. I am also faculty for a few investment banking courses. I have taught approx 200 students to date. Have been teaching since the 1 year. Education Qualification: I am an equity research analyst with 5 years of experience in Indian Markets and currently looking at whole ASIA market. I am a Post Graduate in Finance and CFA level 1 cleared.

My teaching usually involves learning the concept in a practical way. I do share my on job experience to know the concept better. Mugging up formulas is what I don't like. Formulas are to be understood. I make my students make formulas from the word itself. For example Formula for Free Cash Flow to Firm (FCFF): My Answer: FCFF means cash available to the shareholder before paying to debt and equity holders. So this means cash paid for operations and Capital expenditure. So the formula is CFO- Capex + Interest(1-t) (because it's the cash available before paying to the debt holders). Making it simple is what I do. Finance people will get this formula.
