Drawing on my two master’s degrees—in yoga therapy and yoga acharya—my meditation guidance blends scholarly depth with tender compassion, rooted in my own personal belief: meditation is the quiet, powerful way to find calm exactly where you are, in the present moment. I prioritize gentle mindfulness cues, non-judgmental reflection, and soft centering practices to meet each practitioner as they are, structuring sessions to feel accessible and nurturing for all. What sets me apart is that I share this practice not just as a tutor, but as someone who lives it daily—my goal is to help everyone discover that meditation is for them, a simple, sacred tool to hold onto peace, always.
