About Albina
I have completed my first training in 2014; Antigravity FUNdamentals 1 & 2, Suspension Fitness, and Aerial Yoga. In 2015 I completed 200Hr Hatha Yoga (with roots in Anusara yoga), and 50Hrs Yin Yoga. 2017 I completed Antigravity Restorative module, in 2018 finished 30Hr Restorative (Floor Based), as well as Aerial Yoga 2 Antigravity module.

I like to keep my lessons lighthearted and fun. I teach by feel and work on whatever the students need on the day. In Hatha I like to teach an alignment style of yoga, focusing on breath and energy work. Yin is all about finding the spot for you and Restorative is a delicious exploration of the inner realm.
