About Charley
I have been teaching Yin Yoga since 2008 and Vinyasa since 2020. In 2020 I decided to set up my Private Yoga studio to help people with their personal goals and wishes.
For example, as a beginner, I found it overwhelming to participate in a group class and could have used some basic 1-1. In addition, many want to work on something specific such as strength, flexibility, relaxation,... and I love to go through a process with someone personally to work towards their goal.

During my classes, I use meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and yoga.
Getting to know your own body, finding relaxation, learning to deal with thoughts, and practicing yoga is so much more than the physical. It's not about practicing a yoga pose perfectly or how flexible you should be. It's about what suits your body and what feels good. Every body is entirely different.
