I have taken many yoga and fitness classes from Julia and she is truly wonderful. She is amazingly versatile and can transport you to a state of relaxation and bliss in a restorative yoga class or absolutely kick your but in fitness focused classes like Vinyasa or Pilates (and everything in between). It is obvious that she has extensive training and an enormous passion for yoga. My favorite part of her classes are always the hands on adjustments which she performs skillfully and intentionally. One more highlight is her voice. This is something that is important to me as a student and Julia’s voice is exactly what I look for - clear, soothing, and encouraging.

I’ve been a painter for over 10 years and working with Julia was such a refreshing experience. Her dedication and love for art comes through so clearly in the way she teaches and the way she explains the methods . Julia is very knowledgeable about painting and really helps her students truly “see” what they are looking at. She offers a very relaxed atmosphere that allows one to really learn, grow, and connect with other students and their work. Through out the session, Julia made a strong point to give everyone equal amount of attention and she was really able to diagnose whatever obstacle I was having when I was tryin to complete my painting. I highly recommend her as a teacher !

Julia is a wonderful art tutor and amazing artist. She is professional in her instruction and knowledge about art theory and concepts. During my tutoring experience with her, she always explains and breaks down techniques and styles in a way that is both helpful and informative. I love her positive approach and teaching style and I felt very comfortable and confident bringing my own style to the piece while learning about colors and shading which I previous did not have knowledge. Her teaching style encourages personality styles and unique individuality to come through while helping her students in an uplifting and supportive way. I really enjoy my painting lessons with Julia. She’s a sweet, kind and patient person and teacher. I’m a novice painter but Julia teaches the basics well and lets you have fun exploring the art for yourself. I highly recommend taking a lesson with her!
