About Grace
I'm the oldest of 4 siblings, and think education from a young age is super important. As the oldest sibling I like to be a good role model, leading them in the right direction. Helping them study has driven a passion for tutoring.
Picking up good studying techniques when you're younger will mean that when you're older and exams come around, revision will be second nature to you, and you'll find it a lot easier. I want to help students build those techniques, and pass on my tips that have helped me achieve a First Class Chemistry Degree, as well as get into Medical School.
There has been times when I've really struggled learning the content that you're learning right now, however my motivation and determination have helped me get to where I am now, and now I want to help others to reach their goals, wether that be passing an exam, or getting onto their dream University course.

Let me know your weakest topics, and I can help you learn using resources, practice questions, and any tips or tricks that have helped me over time. I usually focus on one topic per lesson, go through a summary trying to pick out your strengths and weaknesses, and tailor the rest of the session to what would be beneficial for you, making revision tools e.g. flashcards, spider diagrams, summaries, as we go along. Ending with some practice/exam questions. The next session we'll go through a few questions from the previous session to practice space repetition, then move onto the next topic.
I like to tailor the sessions to you, and think it's super important you get the most from these lessons, so if something isn't working for you we can adapt it!
My lessons usually last an hour, however I'm fully flexible with times.
I've tutored A-level Chemistry students, who have said my explanations of the content, and my revision techniques and tips, have made picking up and retaining knowledge a lot easier. I also have experience tutoring GCSE Maths and Science.
