About Iason Ioannis (Jason)
I have a First Class Honours MSc Biotechnology graduate and a 2:1 BSc degree in Biochemistry. I have significant knowledge in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology as well as Microbiology and Biotechnology. I tutored people twice in the past year and I had excellent feedback! In addition, I have laboratory experience outside of university setting and this advantage can be used for further assistance in any lab projects the tutees might have. I always start with the fundamentals of the subject preferred by the student, supported with diagrams and suggested videos. Then, depending on the student’s level and also taking into account their preferences we will move on to more in-depth explanation of concepts. I can recommend books and relevant articles depending on the subject area and I can help with completion of homework and lab work whenever needed.

Im originally from Poland and I met Jason at uni last year. he helped me through Mol Biology concepts which I had trouble understanding. He gave me diagrams of functions and pathways he made himself which made my life a lot easier at getting a hold of the subject. He is really passionate about science and he makes a great tutor!
I met Jason at uni and he helped me when I struggled with Mol Bio concepts. He knows how to deliver content using drawings and examples. Would totally recommend!
Jason is a very patient person , he knows how to teach biology and knows when to stop to make his students understand a topic properly. He has a variety of methods for teaching suitable for everybody and he is also there whenever his students are in need. :)
