About Jason
I graduated with master's degree in mechanical engineering with first class honours in 2019. I know my maths and physics very well, having studied them up to advanced higher at Inverurie Academy. I've had a lot of experience working in technical engineering departments during and after university.

Prior to each lesson, we could pick a topic that the student would like to practice or understand better. I would then suggest I begin the lesson by going over the basics of the topic, as this is often/always the most important part to grasp. Then, I could go through some example questions with the student where they could calculate and write out the solution to a question alongside myself, similar to how it would be in an exam. We could then compare answers and go back over any difficult parts of the question. I'll also try and be as flexible as I can to the students requirements. If he/she would like to spend extra time practicing and learning a particular subject then that's what I would like to do. Above all else, I'd like to try and make my sessions fun and relaxed, whilst having both obtainable goals and positive outcomes.
