About Abigail
Hi, my name is Abigail but you can call me Abi. I teach math and science to kids who are sitting 11+ exams or are in year 7 and 8. I know that during those times, it's nice to have someone who can help with your work and ensure you get the best grades. That is why I am here, to help you. I have tutored year 5 students and year 10 students before and know that everyone needs as much help as they can.

During lessons especially the first lesson, I aim to get to know a little bit about my student so they feel more comfortable to speak and ask questions. Then I try and pinpoint the parts they struggle most with through mini exercises and also by asking them. In this way I can help them prepare better for upcoming exams and help them keep up in class. My lessons are mostly aimed at year 5 students to year 8 students and are up to 2 hours long depending on how many subjects are booked. During 2 hour long sessions there will be a 10 minute break where, the student can use the toilet or get a snack.
