About Henry
Firstly, you can be assured that I know my stuff as I got a 9 in Chemistry GCSE then an A* at A-level. On top of this I am a passionate Chemist, currently studying in my first year of university. My chief exploit as a Chemist so far has been the successful synthesis of fluorescein (a compound which glows under UV light) from plastic gloves, a project which I organised and completed on my own with only supervision from teachers for safety.

I am happy to tutor on any topic within A-level and GCSE Chemistry, from the practical side of the course to acid-base equilibria to transition metals and my personal favourite, organic synthesis. I am also happy to provide personal statement advice to those applying for university, whether for Chemistry or anything else. I specialise in AQA Chemistry at GCSE and EDEXCEL at A-level as they are the courses I did, however I would be easily able to adjust to any exam board.
