About Cooper
I am Cooper Thompson, I believe with effort and hard work students can accomplish all of their goals in their studies. I have implemented this belief and am currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne majoring in economics and finance. I have a passion for all things economics, love discussing it, and am always keeping up to date with economic news.
I believe I will be able to held you accomplish your goals within economics whilst growing to love the area of study and understand how it impacts our daily lives.

I use a hands-off approach letting my student dictate their goals in the course and how we can work together to accomplish said goals. This includes a section dedicated to important economic news such as cash rate and CPI changes, GDP figures and policies. Finally, the focus on my lessons after getting caught up on major economic news is revising the relevant theory than implementing the teachings using past papers to ensure students are developing the skills to succeed in their exams.
My lessons typically go for 1hr, but can be extended upon request.
I currently study major in economics in my Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne, and have previously studied economics in yr11-12, achieving a HSC mark of 94, and commerce in year 9-10
