About Diya
I'm a first-year medical student at the University of Liverpool who has a genuine desire to support others' learning. Having received grades A*AAB in EPQ Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at A-levels and grade 8 or higher in GCSEs, I am aware of the difficulties students have and how to overcome them with the correct help.

I provide students with friendly and encouraging mentoring in Science and Maths as a first-year medical student at the University of Liverpool with AAB respectively in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at A-level and grade 8 or above in GCSEs. I've also had experience teaching younger pupils, which has enabled me to create a soothing, supportive style that is suited to each student's requirements. In order to make learning more interesting and plausible I concentrate on breaking difficult subjects into digestible chunks and employing practice questions, examples, and real-world examples. Depending on the student's confidence level and preferred method of learning—visual aids, discussion, or active recall—I modify my teaching approach. Though I'm flexible based on what the student finds most effective, my classes normally last 60 minutes. Along with subject knowledge, I also want to improve students exam skills and confidence. Whether you want to improve your results or need assistance understanding fundamental concepts, these classes are perfect for students of all skill levels. I'm pleased to assist with revision sessions, regular coaching, or requests for certain topics.
