About Lincoln
I am an incoming First-Year at Yale University. I am an experienced SAT & ACT tutor focused on helping students build both the skills and confidence needed to achieve meaningful score improvements.
I specialize in creating structured, goal-oriented study plans tailored to each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and timeline, with a strong emphasis on measurable progress.
In high school, I was president of Speech & Debate, Youth & Government, and Secretary General of one of the country's largest student-run Model UN conferences.

Lincoln Trumps is an incoming first-year at Yale University. With a 36 composite score on the ACT, achieved during his sophomore year, and over three years of tutoring experience working with more than 10 students, Lincoln has helped numerous students improve their ACT and SAT scores, strengthen their academic performance, and prepare for college-level work. He has supported students across a range of subjects, including AP Literature, AP Language, AP Government, AP European History, AP Psychology, and AP Macroeconomics and Microeconomics, in addition to comprehensive ACT preparation.
Lincoln’s teaching style is communicative and adaptable. He emphasizes discussion with students and the use of Socratic questioning to arrive at greater understanding. He focuses on active engagement and learning through dialogue with his students. In the past Lincoln's students have gone on to improve their ACT score by as much as 11 points.
Lincoln is well-versed in digital testing with experience using Desmos and other built-in tools to work towards achieving stronger test results.
