Lessons are for all ages, training and teaching is equipped to fit each person. I specialise in weight loss, bodybuilding and strength training. I have been doing this for over 8 years and I love it with a passion. I love to bring people to their own personal goals and having them achieve what they want. Making them feel comfortable and safe is extremely important
