It has been an amazing experience so far with Manisha. In the past I have taken online workout sessions, but that was not very effective nor engaging because I was not able to follow the instructions or the trainer would not know be able to gauge the burnout during sessions and I almost gave up online workout. Manisha is a great trainer. I have been training with her since 4 weeks. She guides you to do the correct postures, makes diet, proper gym circuits which leads to burning about 300-350 calories in an hour.
My body is toning gradually, my fitness has improved and I am losing weight.
