I am a certified Movement and Lifestyle Coach based in Bangalore, with over 4 years of experience as a Yoga Instructor and one year as a Multi-Fitness Coach. I have had the opportunity to work with several reputed fitness studios, including the well-known brand Fitnesstalkindia.
