About Francis
I'm ADEYEMO FRANCIS, a self taught contortionist who loves to do some mind blowing things. I believe being flexible makes me avoid some unplanned dangers such as accident that can lead to breaking of bones. What's there to break actually, the bones are already flexible.
I'd love to teach flexibility because it's also an exercise that keeps your body young.
