About Niusha
I`m a Fitness Personal trainer who has been working in Fitness industry more than 20 years and also have related certifications including Cert III in Floor Barre and experienced enough to have my own choreography on my group classes. most of my Barreausol classes was always full of clients who were always happy and passionate about what they perform. I`m happy to introduce this method from overseas with the goal of fitness and healthy physique.
