About Marie
I am a mom of two children, a boy and a girl, that are now adults. I have worked with students from all backgrounds, cultures, and educational levels. I truly enjoy working with students as I have been an educator for over 30 years.

Each lesson will begin with a short reading passage where the student will identify any unknown words. Next, we will go over the unknown words, how to say them, and review any vocabulary associated with the passage. The student will follow with a choral reading of the passage with me and then the student will read a third time independently. During the third reading, I will ask questions from the passage. Lastly, the student will be given questions about the passage and will need to identify the answer in the passage before answering the question.
