About Chinmayi
From Struggle to Strength
Heyy! I’m Chin, and I’ve been practicing and teaching Yoga and Pilates since 2017.
My journey into these practices wasn’t always smooth—I once led an unhealthy lifestyle, feeling disconnected from life. But Yoga and Pilates changed everything for me. Through these practices, I found not just physical health but a deep sense of joy and vitality. Having traveled to various countries, I’ve had the privilege of teaching and learning from diverse cultures, deepening my understanding and love for the practice.
Today, it’s my mission to share this transformative experience with others.
Currently, I teach group classes at three fitness studios in Brisbane, and doing a few online Zoom classes. I have a few more slots for private sessions to offer more personalized guidance.
I believe that with the right support, anyone can experience the profound benefits of Yoga and Pilates, and I’m here to help guide you on that journey.
