About Una
I want to become a Chinese teacher because I hope to help more people gain a deeper understanding of the language and support them on their journey to mastering Chinese. Having lived in China for many years, I have firsthand experience with authentic, everyday Chinese, which allows me to teach spoken language that is both natural and practical.
In my lessons, I combine daily conversation, text analysis, and interactive practice to help students improve their fluency and confidence. I also incorporate elements of Chinese culture, such as traditional myths and stories, to enrich students’ learning experience and deepen their appreciation of the language.
My goal is to provide lessons that are not only effective and educational but also engaging and enjoyable, so students feel motivated while building real-life communication skills and cultural understanding. I welcome learners of all ages who want to explore the beauty and richness of Chinese.

help students improve their Chinese through daily conversation, text analysis, and interactive exercises. I offer spoken Chinese lessons ranging from 25 minutes to one hour, tailored to each student’s level.
With one year of experience as a Chinese teaching assistant, I can teach learners aged 5 and above whose Chinese is not their first language. My lessons focus on building understanding, confidence, and practical communication skills in a friendly and engaging way.
