About Ammbica
Bonjour! I'm Ammbica — I spent two years living and working in Paris, first completing my MSc at SKEMA Business School (one of France's top grandes écoles, where I was awarded an Excellence Scholarship) and then working as a Project Manager for a Paris-based tech company. During that time, French was my everyday language — for meetings, presentations, negotiating with clients, and navigating Parisian life. I wasn't just studying French, I was using it at work and in the city every single day.
I'm a naturally multilingual person (I speak English, French, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada) which means I genuinely understand what it feels like to learn a language from scratch — the frustrating bits, the moments it clicks, and what kind of teaching actually helps versus what just overwhelms. I try to bring patience, real-world context, and a practical approach to every session.

Whether you're a complete beginner, preparing for a DELF exam, brushing up your French for a work trip or relocation to France, or a VCE/uni student wanting to build real confidence beyond the textbook, I tailor each session to where you are and where you want to get to. I'm particularly strong on spoken fluency and business/professional French, because that's where my own experience is deepest.
My teaching style:
Conversational and structured in equal measure. I'll work on grammar and accuracy because it matters, but I won't let a lesson turn into a grammar worksheet. Real French: the kind people actually speak is what I prioritize. I use a lot of real-life scenarios, articles, audio, and conversation practice rather than just drilling rules.
