About Leewinchell
On the Track: I am an elite varsity hurdler and a 2x U SPORTS finalist. Track and field has been my life for years, and that "hurdler's mindset"—the ability to stay focused and clear obstacles—is exactly how I approach teaching. I bring that same energy and discipline to my students' success.
In my Headphones: I love listening to R&B music.
On the Court: I’m a big believer in "movement as medicine." When I’m off the track, I stay active through intramural volleyball, squash, and tennis. I love the social energy of team sports, and it keeps me grounded and energized for my students.
