About Fiona
Graduating with First class honours in Baking and Pastry Arts Management in TUD, I was recognised with the Best Overall Academic Achievement award. Currently studying for an MSc in Culinary Innovation and Food Product Development and TU Dublin. I currently run my own cake design business from home, Fiona Patterson Cake Design (facebook/Instagram), and children's baking classes. I have experience at a variety of levels within the industry from catering to small scale bakery cafes, and 5 star luxury hotels. I have experience working with people, especially children, and strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

I am available to teach beginners and intermediates, be it children or adults. I like to focus my lessons on the learner, what they would like to learn, teaching them the basics to become confident. I am extremely passionate about what I do and give pupils the opportunity master the task at hand, encouraging attention to detail.
