I am a self taught cook with 7 years of experience. I have an IB diploma and currently majoring in Food Science and Nutrition at McGill University.

With cooking, I fully believe in immersing my students in a comprehensive hands on experience. I would usually start with the fundamentals of cooking, and then gradually move to knife skills along with other basics. For fun I would do taste tests and challenges for the students.
