My teaching method is using formative assessment which include analysing students work thereby knowing their weaknesses, this helps me to form my lesson plans.
I incorporate story-telling while teaching to make connections to real-world scenarios, ask the students to explain their ideas. This has made learning to be fun and the students to have a growth mindset
