If you want to learn the Tagalog language, I recommend booking a session with Mariele. I've known her for a long time, and I can guarantee that she is good with the language. I've seen her compete in different types of competitions using the language throughout her high school years, such as quiz bees, essay writing, journalism, etc. She somehow has a quiet demeanor, but it doesn't affect how she teaches. She's also a social work undergraduate, so you can guarantee having a respectful and safe space in her classes/sessions.
We are schoolmates since elementary until middle school. She's one of the representatives in city wide quizbee contest representing our school. I highly recommend Mariele as a tutor! As a Social Work student and former Filipino Campus Journalist, they have a rare mix of expert language skills and incredible patience.
