About Aeryn
Hi! I'm Aeryn, a university student with 7 years of competitive swimming experience in Thailand. From the ages of 9 to 16, I trained and competed regularly, developing strong technique across all four strokes, race skills, endurance, and water safety.
Alongside my swimming experience, I also coached and mentored younger students during high school, helping them improve their confidence and abilities in the water. Having grown up in an international environment, I am fluent in English and enjoy working with students from different backgrounds and age groups.

My lessons are tailored to each student's goals and experience level. Whether you're a beginner learning water confidence, a child starting swimming lessons, or a swimmer looking to improve technique and fitness, I will adapt the lessons to suit your needs.
Lessons focus on proper stroke technique, breathing, endurance, water safety, and building confidence in a supportive and encouraging environment. My aim is to help students progress at their own pace while making swimming enjoyable and rewarding.
