I'm a graduate of the Specialized Body Geometry University as well as Retül fitment.
Chances are you have seen me in cycling adverts, or Youtube videos where a "stunt rider" was needed.

Lets start with the basics, like getting prepped for a season, then breaking it down further into prepping for the training in each week leading up to events.
We will also cover bike fit, optimising set-up, power delivery and comfort.
Tactics, pre race nerves, peleton awareness and how to read a race.
Cycling history, the revolution within the sport and how the past influences the future and todays tech.
Added bonus of how to handle media. Be it social media pressure or the actual media, an aspirant rider needs to know how to handle these factors.
