Teaching fell into my lap after completing my political science degree in undergrad, and I immediately loved it because of the connections that I was able to make with my students effortlessly. As a former high school and middle school teacher, I have experience working with students of many different backgrounds and learning styles. I like to create a comfortable space within my teaching for students to feel comfortable to ask questions and be themselves. I am currently halfway through my masters in education in teaching and curriculum, and have experience writing lesson plans specific to a learning style.
