About Emily
I have experience in the competitive world both on a high school and collegiate level. I danced with the Odessa College Blues Dance team, winning second in the nation this past year in Hip Hop. I am also trained on game day and sideline styles such as Pom, Drill, and Pro-Dance. I trained all 4 foundation styles for 16 years in my youth. These included Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Musical Theater, and commercial dance. I have taught for over 4 years now and will continue to teach the next generations for as long as I can. I love teaching dance because it improves students' athleticism, social skills, and mental and physical fitness.

I provide both in person and online lessons tailored to the individual wants and needs of the student or parent. While technique is the root of all dance styles, I also focus on building confidence, professionalism, and maintaining a healthy relationship with the art form throughout our time together. Aside from technical private lessons I also choreograph for solos and groups around Texas. My choreography has attended many dance nationals and has won several artistry awards in all age categories.
