About Alexa
Alexa has been dancing since she could walk. For the past 25 years, Lex has dabbled in every type of dance there is, from being technically trained, in ballet, jazz, and tap as a young child, to cheerleading sideline dances in high school and college, to becoming a dance fitness certified instructor to teach cardio based classes. Lex wants to share the passion and joy of dance and movement with her students and encourage anyone and everyone to live limitless!

Want to learn how to pop lock and drop it with confidence and sass? Join this dance ”twerkout” for your mind, booty, and soul! The mission of this class is to raise your vibrations and your heart rate with a non-stop cardio PARTY, featuring curated DJ mixes, with easy-to-follow and FUN dance moves.
Not a dancer? Not a problem! Just be willing to let loose and have some fun moving your body to the beat! The class is structured to provide a cardio dance segment and strength/toning segment. I’m excited to shake it out with you!
