As a former state athlete for Kuala Lumpur, representing Track and Field, I've honed my passion for sports and fitness. Having trained my high school's athletic club and crafted strength conditioning programs, I'm dedicated to helping you excel. My love for sports fuels my desire to guide you toward your fitness goals. Whether it's refining technique, enhancing speed, or building strength, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
