About Pradeep
I've spent 20+ years in IT across some of the world's largest organisations, including Fortune 500 companies – Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Office have been central to almost everything I've done, from enterprise reporting to streamlining business-critical workflows.
I started teaching after watching colleagues struggle with the same Excel bottlenecks I could solve in minutes – PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, macros/VBA – and found I genuinely enjoyed helping people get there. I teach what I've actually used under real pressure, not textbook theory.

We start with a quick diagnostic, then work hands-on from minute one – tackling a real problem from your role, explaining the why (not just the how), and correcting live so you leave with something usable the same day. I focus on the 20% of Excel that delivers 80% of the results: formulas, data cleaning, PivotTables, lookups, and dashboards that actually get used at work.
Sessions are online, flexible around your schedule, and adapted to your pace and goals – no prior experience needed.
