About Linda
As a piano tutor with 8 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping students discover the joy of music. I teach piano to school and college students, creating a positive and motivating learning environment.
Over the years, I have successfully guided students from basic lessons to confident playing, which has been a proud achievement for me.
I emphasise proper technique, musical expression, and strong foundations. My teaching style is calm, patient, and flexible. I aim to help students build confidence, creativity, and a deep appreciation for piano.

My teaching methodology for piano focuses on skill-building while encouraging creative expression, guided by motivation, communication, integrity, and creativity. I help students build confidence by breaking lessons into clear and manageable steps. Motivation is maintained through positive reinforcement and achievable goals.
Communication is clear and supportive, with simple explanations and demonstrations for better understanding. Integrity is reflected in my focus on strong fundamentals such as posture, hand technique, rhythm control, and musical accuracy.
Creativity is encouraged through expressive performance, experimenting with dynamics, and exploring various music styles. In addition to piano, I teach music theory, chord progressions, sight-reading, rhythm training, ear training, and basic improvisation.
