About Joanne
I have been a freelance fitness coach for the past 6 years. I started my own personal weight loss journey back in 2015, and was a live testimony that made me pursue becoming a fitness trainer. Through my personal fitness journey, I came to understand that everybody’s body is built differently. And every individual has different fitness goals and unique body DNA, hence there is not a “one size fits all” fitness plan and nutrition that fits everyone. Your own personal fitness journey will also be a very meaningful journey for one to understand their bodies better, to love themselves better and become a better healthier version of themselves. Being able to witness and see my clients transform has always been a very fulfilling journey as well!

About the lesson

The location of the classes would preferably be at the ActiveSg Gym nearest to you, or in the comfort of my own personal home gym. A consultation and trial class will be conducted for me to help understand your personal fitness goals and fitness level, in order to customize a fitness plan for you. I will also be recording 1 week of your dietary intake to understand your eating habits.
