About Charu
Bsc Yogic science ( Goled medalist mlsu) , Msc in yogic science as a practitioner I'm doing yoga for around more than 7 years. As a teacher I'm giving yoga lessons for more than 4 years now, I have conducted different workshops, took private and group sessions, volunteer at NGOs and cafes for sessions. Yoga sessions: Hatha yoga Dynamic Pranayam Yoga flow Yog nidra and different meditation* (Trained in performing and teaching shuddhi kriyas)
