About Henri
I am a French, American born and raised in NYC. I attended the Lycée Français de New York from ages 5 to 16, which I left to pursue a career in rugby. I am fluent on a professional level in both French and English. I believe that I am a good teacher because I am open-minded, patient, and personal. I would love to get to know my student while maximizing my student's learning in each lesson. I love chatting in French and English but in the interest of learning French, all chatting must be in French!

I believe that the best way to learn a language is through conversation. The content of the lessons is determined based on the student's level in the language. However, no matter the level, the content combines dialogue and written exercises. I believe that dialogue is essential in developing one's ability as well as confidence to speak the language.
