About Catherine
I have a degree in Teaching, specialized in French for High School students.
I have done many internships and tutoring jobs in Canada in that subject for the last five years.
I really like tutoring because I think it's a good occasion to learn in a one-on-one lesson, which are more individualized to someone's needs.

My teaching methods are very diverse. I use medias, litterature, modelisation, etc..
I have an approch humanist (focus on the apprentice needs), cognitivist (focus on the mental process of learning) and socioconstructivist (learning by interactions with other people.)
I always begin with what the pupil find difficult and what he/she want to work durring the lesson. I offer exercices when needed and show many examples to help understanding grammar rules.
I am very patient and open-minded. :)
It is ok to make errors, otherwise we are not learning. ;)
