About Leticia
I'm a Brazilian actress, screenwriter, and language enthusiast with a deep appreciation for cultural exchange and communication. I've lived in Europe for seven years, where I immersed myself in different cultures and became fluent in both French and English. For six of those years, I worked closely with native French speakers — as an au pair and later in customer service for a French company — experiences that gave me not only fluency, but a real, practical understanding of how the language is used in everyday and professional settings. My artistic background allows me to bring expressiveness, rhythm, and sensitivity into my teaching. As an actress, I'm used to working with tone, emotion, and pronunciation — which helps my students gain clarity and confidence when speaking. I’m patient, encouraging, and always attentive to my students' needs. My French conversation lessons are designed to help you speak with confidence, clarity, and natural flow — whether you're preparing for a trip, improving your professional communication, or simply looking to feel more at ease in everyday conversations.
My method is based on real-life use of the language, guided by the student's interests, goals, and current level. Lessons typically begin with light warm-up conversations, followed by structured speaking activities around a specific theme (travel, work, social situations, etc.). We focus on vocabulary building, pronunciation, and listening, and I provide targeted exercises for reinforcement between sessions.
What sets me apart is my real experience with native French speakers: I lived in Europe for 7 years and worked for 6 years directly with French clients — first as an au pair, then in customer service for a French company. I know what it's like to learn and use French in everyday and professional contexts, and I bring this practical perspective into every session.
