About Pat
My teaching approach is all about making French learning joyful and memorable. I use games, songs, storytelling, and humor to help students remember new words and phrases easily. Learning French with me feels like play, not work. I especially enjoy working with conversational learners and newcomers who want to build confidence quickly. Through fun activities, I create a warm and welcoming space where mistakes are okay and curiosity is encouraged. I’m a French tutor with over 10 years of experience and a Master of Arts in French Language and Business. I specialize in helping complete beginners feel comfortable and confident with survival French—perfect for quick trips or emergency situations. My teaching style is patient and sprinkled with humor, so learning never feels overwhelming.
I focus on role-playing essential dialogues that you’ll actually use, like checking into a hotel or asking for directions.
