About Cathy
I have enjoyed teaching French language students in Bathurst since 2015 in private one hour lessons in my home. I also currently teach French students at the Bathurst University of the Third age. I been studying and speaking French myself since age 12 and I travel to France and other francophone regions to immerse myself in French Language and Culture. I completed my Bachelor of Arts with a French major and a distinction in Translation at Macquarie University, Sydney in 2012.

I present French language, vocabulary and grammar in detailed but interesting formats that enable students to comprehend the language and the people. I encourage Conversational skills and correct pronunciation of this beautiful language. I source interesting, fun and topical articles for discussion. Diversity is the key to my success as I instruct students from Years 7 to 12 with emphasis on HSC preparation and Conversation confidence. I welcome University students studying French up to Post Grad level, as well as people who travel to France regularly for business or pleasure.
