About Luna
Hi, my name is Luna Allue, I'm 20 years old and Im third year exchange student at Western University for the whole year. I'm half french, half-spanish and I come from Spain but I I left to continue my studies in France. I'm a student of Political Science in the university of Sciences Po Paris. I'm a very joyful person and loves to talk and meet new people. As a teacher, I try to do my best to make the student comfortable and make sure he enjoy the class.

When I started to tutore, my mother, who is an elementary school teacher, helped me a lot to learn new techniques in order to be able to teach children. Over the years, I have learned to adapt to the needs and learning pace of the child and to seek to establish a framework within which the child feels comfortable and is able to learn and improve his knowledge. From past experiences, working with students of different ages, I have learned to implement different learning techniques always personalized to the needs of the student. For younger students, learning French through playful activities works very well. For older students, who need to improve their writing and/or speaking skills, I set up activities that are much more specialized on the needs of the student and on the subjects through which he would like to learn French.
