About Gaelle
- 2 years of experience tutoring French (2018 - 2020).
- For 1 year (2017-2018), I assisted A-level students at the British School of Geneva with their final year coursework.
- In the second year of my Bachelors (2019-2020), I volunteered as an English tutor for refugee kids at the Southfields Academy in Earlsfield, for 1 academic year.

Hello,
My name is Gaelle and I'm in my final year of studying Religion, Philosophy & Ethics at King's College London. I was born and raised in Paris, and French has remained my primary language, even after moving to the United States for a period of 6 years. I decided to continue studying French Literature at a high level in my International Baccalaureate.
Since being in London (2018), I have tutored people of various backgrounds and levels in French-speaking. I'm happy to provide their contact information if you would like to see a reference.
I thus have 2 years experience of tutoring French to young adults.
My teaching style is focused on spoken French and pronunciation. I like to teach students by having casual conversation and through exchanging interests. As my student, you can expect a lesson to comprise of reading and translating poetry, articles as well as watching and translating videos. I also like to show pictures that I hope are engaging and stimulating to the student, and ask for a description of it in French. The difficulty will depend on your level and where you want to go with learning to speak French. This teaching method is geared for young adults who are not only interested in improving their spoken French, but also deepen their understanding of French culture.
