I am a second year student at McGill university, currently completing a major in Computer Science and a minor in Management.

1- we talk about your objective and expectations before our first lesson
2- we meet, I propose a plan and the methodologies we will use. We start working together.
3- as the lessons progress, we accomplish well defined milestones and we adjust our methodologies (I often ask for feedbacks)
