About Matias
This is my first time giving lessons in the French language. However, I learned French for 6 years and, in senior year of high school, I did well on the AP and IB French exams. In addition, I continue to practice it with my family in Switzerland and with people I met from francophone countries. Furthermore, I have begun to read books in French in order to expand my vocabulary and maintain my grammar skills.

I am passionate about the French language and I want to teach it to students at the beginner level. My teaching approach would involve explaining concepts, such as passé composé and the subjunctive case, in writing, while also allotting time during class for students to practice them. That way, the students are actively participating in class and can leave having practiced their skills in the French language.
