About Anaïs
French 26 years old dancer dancing multiple styles since 7 years old like Ballet, Modern Jazz, Contemporary, Commercial, Zumba etc. Get 5 years' experience of teaching and graduate of IDTA level 4 Diploma in Dance teaching. I had opportunities to dance and do several competitions in Switzerland, Italy and France. I love sharing my passion and seeing my students progress every lesson.

Focusing on students' needs. Everyone has different purposes. The class always includes: •Warm up • Stretching • Strength Those 3 points are really important for progress and to avoid injuries. Having class in a good vibe is also really important for me. Class has to be enjoyable.
