About Vinh
My name is Vinh Bui. I am a freshman at Louisiana State University majoring in chemical engineering. I formerly was the president of my school's mathematics honor society, where I was a student tutor the year before. Also, I have 4+ years of tutoring experience, including my previous job and volunteering at my local library.

First, I want to assess students' understanding of the curriculum by testing them in comparison to their peers. I use the Socratic Method, which I gained from my previous tutoring experiences. Questioning students not only stimulates their critical thinking skills, but also fosters a deeper grasp of the subject matter. Visualization plays a significant role in my lesson plans, as I believe many students learn better through visual aids. Therefore, I like to use my laptop to demonstrate concepts and help students better comprehend the material.
