About Yi-Hsuan
I am a professional Mandarin teacher with more than 7 years' experience in teaching and material designing, who has taught across various locations throughout Asia and the UK, including National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan Normal University and Busan University of Foreign Studies.
I have received very positive feedback from my previous students, who have said that the comfortable classroom environment and easy to understand teaching materials, has made learning Mandarin easy.

I pride myself in my ability to design and adapt teaching materials specific to your needs and goals, whether that be to learn conversational Mandarin for travel, to pass exams, or to help you on your journey to become fluent.
I am good at creating a friendly and interesting classroom environment which encourages you to use language in the classroom actively and learn Mandarin happily. Rather than lots of mechanical drills, I prefer using activities/tasks, and incorporating current events and culture to create a more authentic situation for you to practice Mandarin.
